Bijzonder handig is dat het dimmen van dit paneel ook op afstand kan gebeuren. De LG-1200 heeft voor dat doel een DMX in- en uitgang. In een (semi-)permanente studioopstelling met een serie lampen hoog boven de set, kunnen met de computer zeer gevarieerde lichtplannen worden ingesteld en gewisseld. De kleurweergave is zo natuurlijk dat de gebruiker gewoon op het oog kan instellen. Het is de ideale ‘daglicht’studio met 100% controleerbaar licht. In het bijzonder voor decorverlichting (‘daglicht’ achter vensters, invallende ‘zonnestralen’ bewijst dit krachtige ledpaneel zijn goede diensten.

Ruim 8.200 Lumen in een behuizing van nog geen 3 kilogram en met een verbruik van 74Watt. Dat betekent dat dit paneel niet alleen in de studio een graag gezien werktuig is, maar evenzeer op locatie kan worden gebruikt. Er is immers geen afhankelijkheid van het lichtnet. Met een 230W/h accu kan nog altijd ruim drie uur worden verlicht. Het prettige van ledverlichting is daarbij dat de kleurtemperatuur niet verandert bij afnemende accu prestaties.

Net als de andere modelle wordt de LG-1200 in een draagtas geleverd en inclusief een afneembare, maar stevig verankerde kleppenset.
