Colore giallo paglierino, con riflessi verdognoli. Al naso si esprime con sentori di mela, note di pera e delicati cenni floreali. Al palato presenta un'acidità spiccata, una piacevole sapidità e un finale armonico e persistente.L'Alto Adige Pinot Bianco DOC "Berg" di Colterenzio nasce da uve, accuratamente selezionate, provenienti interamente dalla zona “Eppan Berg”, ossia Appiano Monte, storicamente rinomata in Alto Adige per la produzione di eccellenti Pinot Bianco. Affinato in legno, sulle fecce fini di fermentazione, per circa 10 mesi, è un vino piacevolmente fruttato, di elegante mineralità.
Ottimo in abbinamento ad antipasti di mare, crudités, primi piatti delicati e secondi di pesce, si sposa bene anche con i crostacei e le carni bianche.
