Cayin N3 Ultra is a brand-new portable audio player from the house of Cayin. It comes as an upgrade to the highly acclaimed N3 Pro and packs a military-grade NOS Vaccum Tube architecture. The Cayin N3 Ultra has three different timbre options that users can switch as they like, this includes Classic Tube, Modern Tube, and Solid-State Timbre. At the DAC Section, the N3 Ultra houses a dual AK4493S DAC setup, one for each channel. It has 3.5mm and 4.4mm headphones and line-out options. Cayin N3 Ultra also has a 10-Band PEQ that allows you to play around and get your preferred output with the device. Military-Grade NOS Tubes:-

Cayin has equipped the latest N3 Ultra with two Raytheon JAN6418 military-grade miniature direct-heated pentode NOS Vacuum tubes. All the outputs including the 4.4mm balanced, 3.5mm single-ended, and line outputs, each have support for both Vacuum tube and solid-state timbres. The tubes are carefully placed in their in-house developed shock-absorbing frame. They have a suspension effect for complete protection.

Three Timbres, One Device:-

Cayin N3 Ultra promises an authentic Hi-Res audio listening experience with a rich and melodious Tube Timbre. The device has three user switchable modes, Classic Tube, Modern Tube, and Solid-State. The Classic Tube timbre has alush, warm, and full-bodied sound while the Modern Tube Timbre has a lively soundstage and well-extended low-high frequency band, and the Solid-State Timbre sounds raw, fast, and snappier than the tube ones.

High-Res Audio Decoding With Premium-Quality DAC Setup:-

Cayin N3 Ultra comes equipped with a premium dual DAC setup. It features dual AK4493S DAC chips. These 32-bit Velvet DAC chips are placed in mono mode, one for each channel. Independent DAC Chips with properly designed amp sections minimizes crosstalk and enhance the output with enhanced dynamic range and low distortion. It supports high-resolution 32-bit/768kHz PCM signals and native DSD512 audio signals.

Smooth and Intuitive UI:-

Cayin N3 Ultra runs on an Android-based operating system. It is a closed OS dedicated for pure music playback and, a completely tailored UI for a smooth and responsive UI. The N3 Ultra houses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 CPU for smoother, lag-free user operation.

Long-Lasting Battery:-

Cayin has equipped the N3 Ultra with a 4500mAh high-capacity battery with a carefully tuned power management design. The player has a battery life of up to 11.8 hours while using 3.5mm output and solid-state timbre. For 4.4mm balanced output and tube timbre, the N3 Ultra lasts for up to 7.6 hours. The device also supports QC3.0 protocol that charges the DAP quickly.
