Scott Papper is a Graduate Gemologist (GIA), Certified Master Appraiser (NAJA), Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Registered Gemologist Appraiser (ISG), and Accredited Senior Gemologist (AGA), to name only a handful. Scott is a fourth generation gem and jewelry professional with experience as an independent appraiser, gemologist, jewelry buyer, pawnbroker, and expert witness. In addition to having performed appraisal services for both private clients and those within the trade, he has also been engaged as a subcontractor to assist with the valuation of jewelry and watches that have been confiscated by US government agencies, including the US Secret Service (USSS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the US Coast Guard (USCG).

While tourmaline occurs in many different colors, it can also occur in bicolor or tricolor crystals. These dark blue tourmaline slices show off their unique color zoning.
These brand new earrings are crafted in platinum and feature dark blue tourmaline slices dangling beneath round brilliant cut diamonds, all bezel set in platinum. Fastened by a platinum butterfly pushback. Stamped "PLAT".

It looks great as long as you dont use it. Within 2 days, the leather corners of the wallet started wearing out and losing the color. Its looking 2 years old with only 2 days of use. What a joke. Cant believe tommy hilfiger is putting their name on dollar store quality products.
