Benefits

1. Relieve Stress

Promotes health and well-being through essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health.

2. Moisturize Your Skin and Lips

Add moisture to the air in your home, so you can use them to rehydrate your skin naturally, instead of using hand lotions and chap-sticks. In addition to alleviating the symptoms of dry skin, it can also provide a wide variety of other benefits.

2. Protect Your Throat

Maintaining the right level of humidity in your home can help lubricate and soothe your throat. As a result, your throat and voice box are less likely to become inflamed due to dryness.

3. Soothe Your Sinuses

Humidity is another natural way to clear out a stuffy nose, contrary to what many people believe. You're less likely to get stuffed up nasal passages when you breathe moist air since it keeps mucous flowing.

4. Halt the Spread of Flu Germs

A low level of absolute humidity in the air allowed the flu virus to survive longer and spread more easily. You are more likely to reduce your chances of catching influenza if you use a humidifier during flu season.

5. Ease Symptoms of Illness

If you have a cold or the flu, a humidifier can ease many of unpleasant symptoms. Adding some essential oils to a diffuser can help even more. Some of these symptoms include breathing difficulties, a stuffed-up nose, and a dry, painful throat. In addition to helping you get some much-needed rest, using a humidifier or vaporizer may also speed up your recovery.

6. Keep Your Cilium Healthy

The cilium in your nose is kept healthy and effective by humidifiers. As the first line of defense against many diseases, these microscopic cellular strands are located inside your nasal cavity.

7. Reduce Snoring

Dry air can actually contribute to snoring, even aggravate the symptoms. Many people are unaware of this. Insufficient moisture in the air causes the throat and nose to swell. If your air is humid enough, you'll be able to reduce snoring and ease the dryness.

8. Help Warm Your Home

Moisture will increase the warmth in your home. Conversely, drier air tends to feel colder. In the winter, you can keep temperatures comfortable by running a humidifier, without straining your heater. When the temperature drops, it's recommended that you use both appliances simultaneously.

9. Humidify Houseplants

When the air is too dry, it can cause also problems in plants, including leaf loss, dry leaf tips and limited growth.

10. Protect Your Furniture & Floors

When wooden items become too dry, it’s possible for them to crack and split. If you have the good levels of humidity in your home, you protect the integrity of your wood furnishings.

delightful read
Format: Kindle
What a delightful read. The characters are awesome, the plot was so good, I loved it. I was intrigued and it kept me wanting more. Told in multiple pov, the book sucks you in and doesn’t let go. I cannot wait to read the next book.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.

A Beta Worth Rooting For
Format: Kindle
In Spare, Violet Fox flips the omegaverse on its head, giving us a Beta heroine determined to make her mark. Joining the Beta Trials to support her sick father, she's thrown into a pack that doesn't want her, especially the possessive Alphas. But here's the twist: their sweet Omega turns out to be her scent match. Cue the angst, forbidden tension, and a slow-burn romance that will make your heart ache in the best way. Violet Fox delivers an emotional, refreshing take on the genre, proving Betas aren't "spares." They're stars.

Beta, Alpha, Omega oh my!
Format: Kindle
Omegas are precious and given to Alphas & their packs... but the Betas want in too. To this end, the Beta government is rolling out its trial of assigning a Beta to each Alpha-Omega pack. But forcing a Beta into a pack where they are not wanted will not end well... Of course, no one expected the Omega to fall for the assigned Beta. Great read and cliffhanger

A familiar story, just with…..less.
Format: Kindle
So, as other reviewers make clear, this is very similar to Pack Darling and The Beta. It’s much closer aligned with The Beta, in plot and maybe more like Pack Darling with characters. That being said, I don’t hate this…..but it wasn’t great either. It’s both books mentioned but just….less. Less angst, less emotion, less feeling. The plot feels very half fleshed out, and the “bad guy” feels underwhelming. I didn’t really feel any real emotions from and of the male leads, except maybe Oliver. The others fell sorta flat for me. And Mika makes herself out to be this big bad ass straight outta training and then we never see it from here again with the one fitting room incident as the exception. SPOILER: The whole, “Oh, I’m actually probably an Omega, but I don’t wanna be but I do actually wanna be but no one can ever know my secret that I do nothing to hide “ thing fell so flat. She never commutes to believing she was secretly an omega, but also mentions her “secret” a lot. It just felt so manufactured. I’m intrigued enough to read part 2 and see how the author closes everything out, but this is not one I’ll recommend or ever come back to.
