This velvet-soft wine is full of delicious red berry, cherry and plum fruit characters. Spicy oak and silky tannins underpin the fruit flavours, combining for an elegant, lingering finish.

Fruit for our 2020 Reserve Marlborough Pinot Noir is from a selection of premium Pinot Noir vineyard sites throughout Marlborough. Perfect weather over flowering in the spring of 2019 produced unprecedented berry numbers. Fortunately, the driest summer on record then suppressed the berry growth. By harvest time, berry size was small to moderate, which has given the wines substantial structure and concentration. Late summer brought Marlborough’s trademark cooler nights, that are so important to our aromatic qualities and retention of acidity. The introduction of a nationwide lockdown to slow the spread of COVID-19 coincided with the beginning of our harvest. Our vineyard and winery teams moved incredibly fast to adhere to the very strict distancing and hygiene protocols to allow us to continue to operate. Favourable weather allowed us to pick our Pinot Noir when perfectly ripe.

After harvest, the fruit was cold soaked for five days to extract flavour, tannins and colour. Fermentation followed, in a selection of small open top tanks, using a selection of yeasts. Each ferment was plunged three times a day. The wine was left to macerate for five days before a gentle pressing off the skins. The wine was aged in French oak barriques for 10 months, including 20% new oak.

Our Reserve wines are expertly crafted from selected vineyards with impressive flavour concentration and palate weight. Each bottle of Rapaura Springs tells the story of a lifetime. Of water and wine, and of generations of family working with nature. Our label depicts the rocky aquifer at our home vineyard, and the pristine springs that connect it to our land. We make exceptional wines that reflect our remarkable landscapes, pure waterways and passionate people.

Monster cable
Size: 4/0AWG, Color: 3ft Black + 3ft Red
Well I now know what 4/0 or 0000 cable is. Huge but very easy to handle or bend to shape.

Received the package in good condition. This wire is a decent quality. I made a set of jumper cables with it and they work excellent.

bought twice to make custom UPS setup battery leads, not disappointed
Color: Black, Size: 25-Feet
bought this item(25ft 2awg) twice, the first time I did was to create some quick connect cables between my batteries and my distribution block to my 4kw invertor(24v 165a peak calculated load) I may have oversized due to knowing that the bigger you go the less you stress components and loose power to voltage drop these cables are a nice high-grade rubber jacket and the 30awg strands are ideal for maximum flexibility while remaining fairly easy to terminate this cable also includes a backer paper wrap that allows for easy stripping(of the rubber) without too much strand loss damage(from cutting too close to the core) overall, would buy again, like I did, if I need larger runs(say for feeding an RV solar AC distribution panel) I would buy this brand again, in the 100ft range or so THHN is not ideal for flex connections(strands are way too stiff) but a couple runs of welding cable like this inside something like "smurf tube" would be a perfect high-power temporary connection system, or just a way to isolate a large battery stack used for a solar setup in fact I may do that someday, set up a pallet of LiFePO4 batteries with a large quick connect, and just recharge the massive array(s) at a secondary location where solar is more ideal(or other renewables)
